When Will My Order Ship?

Most orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

General Information

Was I Charged Twice?

Your credit card will only be charged once.

If you just placed your order and you received an error at first, the second charge you are seeing is an authorization. This is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear (depending on your bank, usually within 48 – 72 hours.) If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card.

I Get An Error Message When I Enter My Shipping And Billing Addresses. What’s Going On?

If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. It is most likely an issue with your billing zip/postal code. Please review all information closely and look for any typos. Also, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information (this often solves the issue).

My Order Won’t Go Through. What Should I Do?

If you’re still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser.

I Need To Change Something On My Order. How Can I Do That?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 1-3 hours, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.   

What is your return/exchange policy?

Any unopened product can be returned or exchanged for store credit within 14 days of delivery. We do not offer free returns for customers, unless the bracelet is damaged. Please make sure you include your order number along with contacting support@sailbrace.com to schedule the return. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. For more information see our page.

I Just Placed My Order.  Can I Add Another Item To It?

Unfortunately we cannot add anything to an existing order. Please place a new order for the new item.

How Long Does It Take To Process My Return?

Once you notify us that you would like a return, we will email you a prepaid return label within 3-5 business days.

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.


After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or Paypal account.

When Will My Order Ship?

Where Is My Order Confirmation?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.  If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add info@sailbrace.com to your safe sender list.


You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website.



My Order Status Says “Unfulfilled” What Does That Mean?

"Unfulfilled” just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled.”

Why Was My Order Canceled?

If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com

Will I Have To Pay International Taxes & Duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Duties and taxes fee may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.


Sailbrace cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

I Received A Sailbrace Gift Card. How Do I Use it?

  1. Under the Payment section during checkout, click the “Have a gift card? Click here to enter it” button.
  2. Enter your gift card number.
  3. Click “Apply”.
  4. The gift card amount will be deducted from your order total.

I Want To Be A Sailbrace Reseller! Do You Have Any Resellers Or Authorize Reselling?

While we appreciate that you want to be a reseller of Sailbrace bracelets, we do not currently have any reseller or wholesale program. Please email us at info@sailbrace.com and we may get back to you when we decide to go down that path!


What Materials do You Use For the Bracelets?

Anchor is made of ZAMAK metal alloy:

Processing of anchors:
Electroplating with copper - leaves a layer of pure copper.

Electroplating with rhodium - leaves a layer of rhodium.

Generally Sailbrace products are nickel free with the exception of Spaceblack which may contain small traces of nickel. 


Rope is made of polyester.
You are able to shower and swim with the bracelet. Including swimming pools and sea.

With long term use of bracelet the anchor and rope can be subject to wear.
